More than 75 Degree Programs at Baton Rouge Community College

Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is one of the state’s largest two-year institutions, with more than 12,000 students enrolled at the college.

BRCC draws students from a variety of backgrounds with its modern, state-of-the-art facilities and more than ​75 degree programs and professional certifications. Courses take place on six different campuses, as well as online. Programs of study include:

Two of BRCC’s most popular fields of study are process technology and digital media. The process technology program prepares students for well-paying jobs in the gulf coast petrochemical industry and awards an associates degree. The digital media curriculum focuses on film, video production and design, which represents a growing sector in Louisiana.

Students at BRCC also enjoy a thriving campus environment, complete with dozens of activities and clubs. Opportunities range from a student government to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Student Nurses Association to a number of intramural sports.
